H7 is a start-up gas pedal where two worlds meet: tech and impact - whether social or environmental. We advocate an ambitious, responsible and inclusive entrepreneurial culture that uses technology to serve the common good.
This vision is embodied in the rich exchanges we have on a daily basis with passionate, fascinating people from atypical backgrounds, who together form the H7 community.
They are successful or aspiring entrepreneurs. They are operational managers at the service of a project. Working for public or private institutions, they support the growth and impact of tomorrow's businesses by providing expertise or financing. They are all members of the community and are involved in the support programs.
Serving our region and extending our influence beyond it
Driven by the Metropole de Lyon, the H7 project is embodied in an emblematic living space: the Halle Girard, a former boiler works dating from 1857, located in the heart of the Confluence district. In this district where the Rhône and Saône rivers meet, the Metropole is innovating in favor of sustainable development, soft mobility and the housing of tomorrow.
Since our launch in April 2019, we've supported over 200 start-ups as they grow and take their social and environmental impact into account. We support them alongside talents, experts and partners on a national and European scale, such as France Digitale and Mouvement Impact France.
H7 is a private, independent structure, 85% of whose shareholders are associations. These include Groupe SOS - a leading European social entrepreneurship group - and Arty Farty - a 1901 association dedicated to youth, emerging cultures, democratic renewal and inclusion.

Convinced that economic growth, the social and environmental impact of businesses and openness to others are inseparable keys to success, we accelerate start-ups in tune with the challenges and needs of businesses of companies, regions and society. We federate a community in which everyone can draw inspiration, benefit from feedback, create opportunities for themselves and achieve their goals. We operate in living environments, where we promote an approach of openness and inclusion to as many people as possible. to as many people as possible.
