Faced with technological evolution, changing work patterns and societal transformations, companies are constantly challenged. However, they often lack the resources needed to meet them. Through working sessions, experience-sharing and meetings, H7 helps these companies to understand their environment and evolve their practices.

The Open Innovation Club brings together some twenty local VSEs, SMEs and large corporations. In partnership with Digital League, we support innovation managers in their open innovation initiatives in conjunction with start-ups.
Created in 2022, the Club Marque Employeur is the essential meeting place for HR and CSR managers in the region. Its mission is to support major groups, start-ups and mid-sized companies in their employer branding challenges.

Sharing, expertise, trust and open-mindedness are the words that characterize the Open Innovation Club in our opinion. In 2022, the club enabled us, among other things, to organize an experience-sharing session on transformation, to take part in highly instructive co-development sessions and to collaborate with one of the members.

The Open Innovation Club provides me with a forum for exchanging and sharing ideas. Everyone comes with their own ideas, beliefs and vision, which they can then share with others to improve their day-to-day innovation projects. The Open Innovation Club is a multi-sectoral network of exchanges and feedback that enables us to make progress in our innovation practices. I particularly appreciate the discovery of third-party innovation centers, with their associated courses and workshops. The Club also provides me with ideas and practices that can be put to direct use in the SAP Experience Center Lyon.

The COI is a human adventure where the various players in innovation meet to share their values, know-how and the applications of innovation within their companies. These are essential exchanges within an ecosystem. The club enables us to step outside our professional sphere and challenge our ideas and projects with colleagues who have different experience from our own.
