Sylvain Zimmer

CTO - The Territorial Suite

In 2004, Sylvain left his studies to launch his 1st start-up: Jamendo, and steered the company's growth for 15 years.

Over the next 10 years, he multiplied his tech and entrepreneurial projects - TEDxParis, Joshfire, Pricing Assistant, dotAI - while investing in over 120 start-ups, including BeReal and Sketchfab.

After a spell at Contentsquare as Head of the CTO Office, he is now CTO of the Territorial Suite at DINUM, where he is working to modernize digital public services.

Hugo Dupré

Co-founder & CEO - CO-CTO

An engineering graduate of INSA Lyon, Hugo began his career in IT consulting in Paris, before moving on to Sales Engineer.

In 2019, alongside Yann Verneau he co-founded CO-CTO, a collective of over 500 CTOs from scale-ups and major groups specialized in organizing and structuring technical teams.

As host of the CTO Décrypte medium, he works alongside experts to popularize the CTO profession and its challenges for as many people as possible.

Founder & CEO - Hupso

Arnaud Gracieux founded Edtech start-up Hupso (formerly PrepAcademy) in 2016, with the vision of facilitating access to employment via distance vocational training for jobs in short supply, such as construction and teaching. He developed a dedicated learning platform and led Hupso to rapid growth, with profitability reached in 2021. Hupso has raised 7 million euros in 2023 with Educapital and Evolem.

Pierre-Alexandre Boillaud

Head of Innovation - Crédit Mutuel Sud-Est

Passionate about the business world, Pierre-Alexandre has been assisting small and medium-sized businesses in their development for over 10 years, and innovative companies for the past 2 years. Formerly a branch manager in Gerland, Pierre-Alexandre is now in charge of innovation for Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Est, a founding partner of H7. His mission: to support innovation through the 4S competition and the financing of companies with strong growth potential.

Romain Brun

Partner - iii - Financing

As an expert in innovation financing, every year he helps dozens of start-ups set up an optimized financial roadmap, including Bpifrance, banks, subsidies and calls for projects. By meeting more than 300 project leaders a year, from a wide range of sectors and business models, he develops an in-depth culture of innovation, which he strives to pass on to the ecosystem. As an occasional investor, he makes his knowledge and network available to the "future nuggets" of the Shortcut program, alongside partner H7.
