SUEZ and H7 launch the Climate Solutions Competition

In the coming years, the Lyon metropolitan area and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region will be particularly exposed to climate change.

Today, we need to act to limit the effects and create new solutions for mitigation and adaptation.

It's against this backdrop that SUEZ & H7 are launching the Climate Solutions Competition, to identify, support and reward innovative solutions that are working to make the region more resilient.

Our mission

Extreme heat, bad weather, natural hazards, pressure on resources: in the coming years, the Lyon Metropolitan Area and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region will be facing major climatic challenges.

In addition to actions to limit their impact, it is essential to develop adaptation solutions to strengthen the region's resilience in the face of these new risks.

The Climate Solutions Competition aims to identify, support and promote innovative initiatives that contribute to the circular economy and sustainable resource management.

H7, the Lyon metropolitan area's responsible gas pedal and digital totem, supports start-ups in their growth and impact. To carry out this mission, H7 relies on three pillars: the support programs, operated by H7 and built alongside its partners; the community, made up of entrepreneurs, major corporations, talents, investment funds and partner schools; and the living space, a place for meeting and sharing, where everyone can create, learn and explore new perspectives.

They talk about it better than we do

Ten start-ups have already benefited from SUEZ & H7 support.

The support offered by SUEZ & H7 was a great opportunity for Feedbac, as it allowed us to connect with key players in the region to accelerate our project.
