We clearly had a before and after shortcut. The notion of focus, which was particularly discussed during the boards, enabled us to concentrate on the essentials, and it paid off.Â

Shortcut put us in an acceleration bubble for 3 months, fostering exchanges that kept us moving forward, both with the startups in the program and with board members and H7 management. We were also privileged to have interviews in small groups with well-known figures in the ecosystem. All this helped us to progress, strengthen and gain visibility, culminating in a pitch in front of several hundred people.Â

If raising funds is one of your objectives, we can put you in touch with financiers (banking institutions, investment funds, business angels). You'll also have the opportunity to pitch your project to investors in June, at the demo day held as part of zero to one, Lyon's start-up event.
The program is based on one principle: trigger the right encounter at the right time. To achieve this, we offer several group and individual sessions:
- Monthly meeting with your board: 1h30 one-to-one meeting with your mentors to share your challenges, challenge your strategies and find solutions.
- Ask Me Anything: 1 hour of collective exchange with entrepreneurs and C-Levels from the best start-ups, who will share their shortcuts with you.

Prior to the program, each start-up will be assigned mentors, chosen according to their skills and expertise. Meet your board every month for 1h30: take advantage of this opportunity to share your challenges and get maximum feedback and advice for your business.
At the same time, you'll benefit from ongoing support from your start-up manager.
All shortcut support takes place face-to-face, to make the most of the various opportunities to meet and exchange ideas (dinners, demo days, individual and group time).
The face-to-face mode also enables you to take advantage of H7's community times, to meet and exchange with other entrepreneurs and talents in the community.
Mentors are entrepreneurs and talents who are willing to take time out to help start-ups in the shortcut program. They are involved in the start-up selection process, so there's no need to contact them beforehand.
This can be detrimental to your candidacy if you are over-solicited.
The demo day will take place during the 5th edition of zero to one, the start-up event in Lyon initiated by H7, which brings together over 1,200 people to celebrate entrepreneurship, tech, creativity and impact.
Over the course of the day, more than 40 speakers from some of Europe's finest start-ups will share their stories of going from 0 to 1, their successes and failures.
At the end of your three-month support period, we'll give you an extra month's hosting at H7. You can also extend your support by joining the Community program: no end date, no equity investment, just regular content to help you grow.
Since its launch in 2019, over 200 start-ups have been supported by the Community program.
