There are many challenges involved in ensuring a healthy, sustainable diet.

Our choices in terms of food, sourcing and bio-waste management have an impact on our health, carbon footprint, local economies and the preservation of landscapes and ecosystems.

The "Innover pour une alimentation durable" (Innovating for sustainable food) program was born out of this observation, and is aimed at innovative projects that aim to transform the sector in a sustainable way. It combines H7's expertise in supporting start-ups, SUEZ's know-how as a key player in the ecological transition for businesses and local authorities, and Lyon Métropole Habitat's territorial roots and knowledge of beneficiaries.

      You are ready to make a commitment during the 9-month support period

          For over 160 years, SUEZ has been providing essential services by managing water, waste and energy in innovative ways. In 2022, SUEZ provided drinking water to 68M people, managed wastewater services for more than 37M, and produced 3.7 TWh of energy from waste, reducing CO2 emissions by 4M tonnes. In Lyon, 1,200 SUEZ employees work daily on environmental solutions that combine economic efficiency with the protection of resources and the climate.

          Lyon Métropole Habitat (LMH) is the metropolitan area's main public housing office, offering over 33,400 social housing units to more than 65,000 tenants. With 700 employees and seven local agencies, LMH provides comprehensive expertise in social housing, from construction to services, fostering a local environment conducive to living together. LMH is a multi-faceted player, acting as social landlord, builder, urban planner and promoter of quality of life in its residences, embodying its commitment to solidarity.
