There are many challenges involved in ensuring a healthy, sustainable diet.
Our choices in terms of food, sourcing and bio-waste management have an impact on our health, carbon footprint, local economies and the preservation of landscapes and ecosystems.
The "Innover pour une alimentation durable" (Innovating for sustainable food) program was born out of this observation, and is aimed at innovative projects that aim to transform the sector in a sustainable way. It combines H7's expertise in supporting start-ups, SUEZ's know-how as a key player in the ecological transition for businesses and local authorities, and Lyon Métropole Habitat's territorial roots and knowledge of beneficiaries.
