In 2012, Arthur Waller threw himself into entrepreneurship and set up his first project alongside 5 friends: PriceMatch, a start-up specializing in revenue management. In 2013, the start-up closed a €1 million fundraising round before being acquired by Booking.com in 2015. He joined the company for 3 years as Product Owner. This experience enabled him to hone his skills and refine the idea for a new project. 

Arthur and his co-founders realized that there was no suitable tool for fully exploiting corporate financial data. So they founded Pennylane: the first platform to combine production software for accountants and a financial management tool for SMEs. Just 4 years after its launch, the start-up closes a €40 million fund-raising round and becomes the 1st French unicorn to achieve this title since 2022.
