November 19
On November 19, find out more about Clément Benoit, CEO of Clone, at the next "in an armchair" conference at H7.
At the age of 21, Clément Benoit launched Resto-in, a pioneer in home meal delivery in France. In 2015, the arrival of UberEats and Deliveroo led to a strong expansion of the sector, leading to the acquisition of Resto-in by La Poste for 50 million euros.
For Clément, this success is just the beginning.
In less than 20 years, he founded four successful companies, each raising over €20 million:
- 2015: Clément confounds Stuart, the European leader in on-demand delivery. Within three weeks, the company was so successful that Olivier Samwer of Rocket Internet offered to buy it.
- 2017: He then created Fithouse in New York, mobilizing renowned coaches to occupy vacant spaces. He sells out 5,000 spaces in an hour.
- 2019: Launches Not So Dark, bringing the Dark kitchens model to Europe, then transforming it into Clone, the world's largest virtual restaurant.
On Tuesday November 19, Clément will share his journey, his bold choices and what goes on behind the scenes of Clone in the latest edition of "dans un fauteuil".
