• Part 1: 30-minute discussion with Jean Guo, co-founder and CEO of Konexio, to learn about her entrepreneurial journey and her efforts to promote digital inclusion.

• Part 2: Presentation of solutions from projects supported by the 13M accelerator

• Informa’Truck, the network of autonomous mobile workshops that combats digital exclusion in rural areas.

• Lisio, a solution that adapts website displays to the specific needs of each visitor in real time without requiring redesign.

• NECC, an innovative and inclusive digital third place, aims to create, promote, and develop social ties through all of its activities.

• SOStech, support in implementing operational solutions to promote digital inclusion, train and support disadvantaged groups.

In 2023, 13 million French people are still excluded from digital technology. This observation led to the creation of 13M, the first accelerator promoting digital inclusion from the Banque des Territoires, operated by Groupe SOS, H7, and Pulse. With 13M, public and private actors are mobilizing to identify, support, and accelerate the emergence of innovative solutions. For this first cohort, four projects have been selected for nine months of support.
