Together with Lyon Aéroport and its Innovation teams, we launched the airport's digital map. In just a few months, the solution was integrated into the airport's wayfinding kiosks, website and even mobile application. The Lyon Aéroport teams, who are both experts in their airport and digital domains, challenge us positively, enabling us to continuously improve our product to meet customer needs. This card adds a plus to customer service and enhances the passenger experience. This partnership has also opened up discussions with other VINCI Group airports.

Lyon Airport's innovation team entrusted FrancePlay with the design and publishing of its streaming platform. Our Lyon-based start-up, a member of the first class of H7, developed an inspirational channel for all airport users, whether arriving or departing. This collaboration has enabled us to implement new functionalities such as a dynamic offer of flights linked to the films of the proposed destinations. This genuine medium, available all the time, on all screens and without subscription, has been a great success since its launch in May 2024.
