As a partner of H7, RATP Dev Lyon is collaborating with the startup ecosystem to identify and co-develop solutions that will improve the passenger experience of the future on the TCL network (metro and tram).

Operation of Urban Transit Systems

RATP Dev operates more than 120 transit networks in 16 countries, including metro, tram, bus, funicular, and river shuttle services. In Lyon, RATP Dev has been operating the TCL network on behalf of SYTRAL Mobilités since January 2025, handling more than 1.2 million trips per day.

      In Lyon, RATP Dev has been operating several key modes of transportation within the TCL network on behalf of SYTRAL Mobilités since January 2025: four metro lines, seven tram lines, two funiculars, the Rhônexpress (an express link between downtown and the airport), and the Navigône river shuttle. This network handles more than 1.2 million trips per day and employs nearly 1,800 people on a daily basis.
