About Welcome to the Jungle

Founded by Jérémy Clédat and Bertrand Uzeel, the Welcome to the Jungle platform was launched in 2015 to introduce companies to candidates through videos and interviews. In 2017, the start-up raised €2 million in initial funding from four business angels, followed by €7 million the following year and €20 million in 2019 to accelerate its positioning in Europe and offer new services for businesses. That same year, it acquired its Czech competitor Proudly.

Last year, Welcome to the Jungle launched its online media platform focused on work and employment through a content platform for professional development called "Welcome Originals."
