For young Julia Bijaoui, there was only one step from HEC to the creation of her company Frichti: Birchbox, where she met Quentin Vacher, who became her companion and partner in her new adventure. So, in 2015, she launched Frichti, her ambitious project for home delivery of prepared meals. Since then, the entrepreneur has raised three rounds of financing, for a total of 43 million euros, and manages several hundred employees. In total, the company delivers several tens of thousands of meals every week thanks to its courier service. In 2019, Julia becomes the first woman to head a Next 40 company, a label created by the French government that aims to bring out the next global leaders in French Tech. The following year, Frichti launches La cantine 2.0, an offering that enables employees to group their lunch orders.
