💬 Discussion with Sébastien Beyet, co-founder of Agicap. On graduating from Centrale Supélec in 2013, Sébastien began his career in strategy consulting at Ares & Co, a firm specializing in financial services. For 3 years, he was involved in a number of missions to define strategic plans for the SME segment of French banks. An entrepreneur at heart, in 2016 he co-founded Agicap in Lyon, a cash management and forecasting software for SMEs in Europe, with Clément Mauguet and Lucas Bertola. As CEO, he now has a 360 role and coordinates all teams in France and internationally. Agicap has multiplied its revenues by 10 in 18 months and raised $121 million since its creation. Today present in 5 countries, they plan to launch in 10 new countries by 2022, in order to become the European leader in financial management for SMEs. Already employing 200 people, they are looking to further expand their teams with the recruitment of +500 talents in Europe in all departments: Product, Tech, Customer Success, Sales, HR, Finance, Strategy.
