DESIGN IS NOT JUST FOR OBJECTS! ORGANIZATION FROM THE DESIGNER'S PERSPECTIVE

The conference will be led by Guillaume Bourdon, Designer, Co-Creator, and Co-Director of Ergon'Homme. He will be accompanied by Oscar de Préneuf, Ergon'Homme collaborator and IRIIG graduate. Do you know what organizational design entails? Every organization has its own unique identity. The company's history, positioning, and choices all give it a meaning that is not always apparent to everyone. This meaning must be revealed so that the company's mission is unanimously shared and all those involved in the organization have the same motivations. A purpose is not created, it is discovered! Through a design-based approach, Laurent and Guillaume are committed to bringing out the meaning behind each organization in order to unlock its full human potential. This approach is based on a unique duo: Guillaume is a designer who sees existing situations and the questions behind them in 3D. An artist and creator, he organizes the conditions for team performance.   Laurent is a Toltec facilitator. Through active listening and empathy, he helps create the conditions for value-creating internal and external relationships. With him, commitment becomes the norm!
