"Who hasn't heard a student say: "I want to set up my own company", often with a slightly idealized vision of the start-up world? And who doesn't dream of recruiting a young person who knows how to adapt, be curious, ask questions and take initiative? This is exactly where our collaboration with H7 came from. In a fast-changing world, it's essential that our students are confronted with entrepreneurship: understanding the challenges of innovation, demystifying business creation, discovering a state of mind and a rich ecosystem. H7 was an obvious partner on paper, but it was above all the encounter with a passionate, transparent and accessible team that convinced us. From the outset, our exchanges have been simple, fluid and efficient. We share the same vision and the same way of working: structured, yet flexible. H7 is a direct link with the real life of entrepreneurs, far from preconceived ideas. They have the right words to capture our students and get them involved. Our collaboration began 2 years ago with initiatives to raise awareness of entrepreneurship. Today, it goes even further with the co-development of the Talent Program. It's a relationship of trust, enriching for both sides, which enables us to move forward together around what really matters: strengthening the employability of tomorrow's young people."
